At Salon Shique, we only provide the highest quality hair care products that have been carefully selected to promote a healthy scalp and hair growth. We specialise in hair extensions, hair loss and of course fabulous hair styling. However we also want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with any product that you order from us.
If you have ordered a product from us and are not satisfied we will be more than happy to work out a solution to meet your needs, simply email us back with your order details and the issue that you have with the order.
You may cancel any order prior to it being shipped (keeping in mind that we strive to send our orders promptly, Tuesday to Saturday). Simply email us back with the details of your order, and that you would like it to be cancelled. There are no fees involved in cancelling an order before it is shipped.
If you decide to cancel an order after it is shipped, we may deduct from any refund to you the cost of postage. It is your responsibility to post back the products in original and unused condition, at your cost, and then an appropriate refund will be provided.
Shipping costs are shown on the cart and check-out page. All orders are shipped via Express Australia Post.
Please note that we only ship within Australia. If you with to purchase products from our store for delivery outside of Australia, you will need to contact us first for a shipping rate.
We will gladly re-send any orders that arrive damaged or defective. All we request is an email with photo of the damaged goods, and your order details. This will occur at no cost to you.
Should you decide that after receiving your products that it is not suitable for you, we will gladly provide you with store credit to purchase different products. The cost of sending back the original product is at your expense, however we do not charge any restocking or resending fees.
